About Claire
Claire McCullough
Claire has been doing yoga for more than 30 years and has been teaching it regularly since 2002. She is a registered yoga teacher, certified by the North Carolina School of Yoga and has taught yoga at various locations in the Cary, Raleigh, Apex area.
Claire has recently moved to Pittsboro, NC and is also now teaching there. Claire loves to show those who think they can’t do yoga that they can and why they should.
In addition to her regularly scheduled classes, Claire is available to teach:
- private sessions to individuals or groups
- partner yoga sessions
- introduction to Meditation workshops
- breathing techniques for lowering blood pressure
