Beginning Yoga (Level 1)
Beginning Yoga is an ongoing class for those new to yoga and not sure they can even do it, those who are trying it again, or who want to continue at a slower, gentler pace. Learn basic yoga poses to build your flexibility, strength and balance safely. Learn breathing and meditation techniques to slow down, turn off your busy mind and relax.
