Claire has been doing yoga for more than 20 years and has been teaching it regularly since 2002. She is a registered yoga teacher, certified by the North Carolina School of Yoga and has taught yoga at various locations in the Cary, Raleigh, Apex area.
She also does private sessions for individuals, groups and partner yoga. Claire loves to show those who think they can’t do yoga that they can and why they should.
